The concept of JUNGLIA, “Power Vacance!!”, means the genuine quality and excitement that can only be experienced in the great outdoors of the World Natural Heritage Site of Yambaru. We offer the rich of escaping the hustle of the city to enjoy the magnificent scenery with your whole body, and the feeling of liberation that you have never experienced before will penetrate your instincts and provide you with the most exciting moment of your life. Towards Opening

At JUNGLIA, we are preparing for the opening of the resort and working to provide our guests with a comfortable and unforgettable experience. One way is by establishing(developing) a theme park on the site of a former golf course, while also taking value to preserve the natural environment of Okinawa. By promoting sustainable tourism development while thoroughly considering the environment, this makes it possible for us to conduct environmental assessments from the planning stage. We are working to provide a stress-free experience for our guests, using official apps and guide maps to ensure an enjoyable time, and preparing an operational structure that will enable us to provide high-quality service.

We are also dealing with improvement of transportation access. By exchanging opinions with local residents and collaborating with the government to implement specific measures, for the support of smooth arrival of guests and to enhance the development of the local community. JUNGLIA aims to provide a special experience for all visitors while also cherishing the nature of Okinawa.

Significance of the Project and History to Date

The JUNGLIA theme park project is not just about developing a tourist facility, but is a major challenge intended to revitalize the northern Okinawa region. At the heart of this project are three important aims: regional development, promoting sustainable tourism, and delivering new fascinations of Okinawa. About 10 years ago, the project was started by Takeshi Morioka , CEO of the Katana Inc. which is a marketing specialized company establish in Japan. and after several years of preparation, it has now begun to move forward.

As the project has progressed, we have received enthusiastic approvals and supports from many local businesses. With these supports as a foundation, JUNGLIA is steadily moving onward to bring new value to the tourism industry in northern Okinawa.

We have also been working together with the local community to create employment and build a model area for the tourism industry in northern Okinawa. Together with the local universities, we are committing to create a system to train highly skilled tourism.

The opening of JUNGLIA is positioned as the starting point for change in the regional economy of Japan. This project is an opportunity to achieve sustainability in the tourism industry, by emphasizing harmony with nature and maximizing the regional characteristics. We aim to protect the nature of Okinawa while developing the tourism industry, revitalizing the regional economy, creating new employment opportunities, and bringing long-term benefits to the region.
