- Cancellation of Group Booking
Cancellations must be processed through the “JUNGLIA Bus Drop-off WEB Reservation System.”
Please note that Bus drop-off reservation fees are non-refundable under the standard cancellation policy.
- Final Participant Confirmation
Final participant numbers must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the visit date.
If this deadline falls on a weekend or Japanese public holiday, it will move to the previous business day.
- Cancellation Fees
Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the visit date are free of charge.
If the deadline falls on a weekend or Japanese public holiday, it will move to the previous business day.Cancellations made after this deadline will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- Changes to Participant Numbers After Final Confirmation
Reductions in participant numbers are not permitted after final confirmation.
If you wish to increase the number of participants, please contact the Group Booking Center.
- Date Changes
Date changes must be processed through the “JUNGLIA Bus Drop-off WEB Reservation System.”
- Changes Due to Typhoons or Severe Weather
If the park suspends operations due to severe weather, both ticket fees and Bus drop-off fees will be refunded.Refunds will also be provided in cases of force majeure, such as flight cancellations, suspension of public transportation, or major road closures. Please contact the Group Booking Center in such cases.
Post-Booking Process

Amendments to Booking Details
If there are changes to your booking details, please update them via your account page in the Bus Drop-off WEB Reservation System.
STEP 2
Finalization of Participant Numbers
Participant numbers must be finalized no later than 7 days prior to the visit date.
If this deadline falls on a weekend or Japanese public holiday, it will move to the previous business day.
Reductions in participant numbers are not permitted after final confirmation.If you wish to increase the number of participants, please contact the Group Booking Center.
STEP 3
Arrival Procedures
When arriving by Bus, please display the “Bus Drop-off Permit” in a clearly visible position on the vehicle.
Please refer to the “Group Bus Arrival & Departure Guidelines” provided after booking confirmation for detailed instructions.
Arrival by Bus
There is no on-site parking available for buses.
Advance reservation of the designated Bus drop-off area is mandatory for all private Buses.Reservations must be made through the “JUNGLIA Bus Drop-off WEB Reservation System.”
- Buses without prior reservation will not be permitted to enter the Bus drop-off area.
- To ensure safety and smooth traffic flow, all Buses are required to follow the designated access route.Detailed instructions will be provided in the booking confirmation email.We appreciate your cooperation.
Bus Arrival Guidelines
Please follow the designated access route when arriving by Bus.Please note that the designated route may be updated depending on traffic conditions.
All Buses must first report to the designated staging area (Arashiyama Observation Deck) at least 20 minutes prior to the reserved time.Entry to the staging area is permitted from 60 minutes before the reservation time.
- Direct access to the Bus drop-off area without passing through the staging area is not permitted.
- The Bus Drop-off Permit must be displayed in a position clearly visible from outside the vehicle.
