2. Uses of Personal Information

Except when permitted by law, the Company will use personal information only for the purposes listed below and purposes separately notified or publicly announced.

  • Information acquired in Promotional Facilities planned to be operated or operated by the Company

    • Negotiate, enter into, or execute contracts for transactions for the opening or operation of the Promotional Facilities
  • Information obtained from guests of the Promotional Facilities (including information obtained at the Guest Contact Center, Guests Relations, and information obtained at the time of reservations at SPA JUNGLIA)

    • To respond to various inquiries, consultations, and complaints regarding the Promotional Facilities, to contact guests, to contact guests regarding repairs, lost items, etc., to deliver items, and to provide other guest support (including identification necessary for such support).
    • To confirm the identity of guests and respond to inquiries based on laws and regulations as necessary for the operation of the Promotional Facilities
    • To ensure the safety of guests and staff at the Promotional Facilities and to safely manage the facilities and equipment
    • To contact guests and provide first aid to guests as necessary for the operation of the Promotional Facilities
    • To respond to reservations made at SPA JUNGLIA, to provide services, to contact guests, and for other purposes incidental thereto.

3. Management of Personal Data

The Company will take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal data. In addition, the Company will provide necessary and appropriate supervision of its employees to ensure the safe management of personal data, and if the Company outsources all or part of the handling of personal data to an outside contractor, we will provide necessary and appropriate supervision of the outsourced company.

4. Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties

  • The Company will provide the personal information provided by users to Katana Force LLC, the system licensee for the Service, and the user agrees to this. Please refer to their Privacy Policy (https://katana-force.com/privacy) for more information on the handling of personal information by Katana Force LLC.

  • The Company will not provide personal data to third parties except as provided in the preceding paragraph, with the prior consent of the individual concerned, in accordance with laws and regulations, or as otherwise permitted by law.

5. Joint Use

Within the scope of the purposes of use stated in “2. Uses of Personal Information” above, there are cases in which the Company may share personal contact information such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses with its affiliated companies. In such cases, the Company will be responsible for the management of personal data.

6. Requests for notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc. of personal data

When the Company receives any of the following requests from a user regarding his/her personal information in the Company’s possession, the Company will respond to the request in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law after confirming that the request was made by the person himself/herself or his/her representative.

  • Disclosure of personal data in the Company’s possession that identifies the person in question
  • Correction, addition, or deletion of personal data in our possession that identifies the person in question
  • Suspension of use, deletion, or cessation of provision to third parties
