EXPERIENCE AGREEMENT

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the use of the “BUGGY VOLTAGE: Adrenaline Challenge Course” (hereinafter referred to as “the attraction”) at JUNGLIA OKINAWA (hereinafter referred to as “the park”).

1. On the date of use of this attraction, my age is as follows.

   • 18 years and over
   • 10 years and over, under the age of 18

   Guests between the ages of 10 and 18 are required to confirm and consent to each of the following items, after obtaining confirmation and consent from a parent or other legal guardian.

2. I meet the following usage criteria on the date of use of this attraction.

   2-person buggy Driver's license (including international license) requirement: Driver: Required Passenger: Not required

   Age: Driver: 18 years old and over Passenger: 6 years old and over Height: 120 cm or taller Weight: No restrictions

3. I do not fall under any of the following categories, and I have no concerns about my physical condition on the day of use of this attraction. If I fall under any of the following categories on the day of use of this attraction, or if my body temperature reaches 38°C or higher, or if I experience any other symptoms of physical discomfort, I will refrain from using this attraction.

   • Pregnant
   • Acute [painful] conditions such as fractures, sprains, or muscle strains
   • Heart disease or abnormal blood pressure
   • Back, neck, waist, or spinal disorders
   • Difficulty walking independently
   • Motion sickness
   • Dizziness
   • Other symptoms that may be aggravated

4. I will not drink alcohol before using this attraction on the day of use.

5. When using this attraction, please understand that mud may splash on to your shoes and clothes. If you wish to prevent this, please bring or purchase a rain wear. Even if damage such as mud splashes on your shoes or clothes occurs, you will not seek compensation for such damage from the park operator (hereinafter referred to as “the park operator”) or the navigator.

6. I will not bring any personal belongings, including items in my pockets, into the attraction and will store all belongings in the locker.

7. I agree not to wear thick-soled shoes, high heels, or sandals when using this attraction.

8. I agree to follow the instructions of the navigator and refrain from any actions that may endanger myself, any minors accompanying me, accompanying user, or other users.

9. I agree to be transported to a medical facility selected by the navigator, and to receive emergency treatment or medical care if deemed necessary by the navigator.

10. I acknowledge that in cases of adverse weather conditions or other circumstances, the park operator may cancel the use of this attraction for safety reasons.

11. In the event that I or any minor I am accompanying suffers damage as a result of violating any of the above terms, I will not seek compensation from the park operator or navigator for such damage, and I will compensate any third party for any damage caused by my actions.
