EXPERIENCE AGREEMENT

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the use of the “HUMAN ARROW” (hereinafter referred to as “the attraction”) at JUNGLIA OKINAWA (hereinafter referred to as “the park”).

1. On the date of use of this attraction, my age is as follows.

   • 18 years and over
   • 12 years and over, under the age of 18

   Guests between the ages of 12 and 18 are required to confirm and consent to each of the following items, after obtaining confirmation and consent from a parent or other legal guardian.

2. I meet the following usage standards on the date of use of this attraction.

   Terms of Use: Age 12 and over. Height 132 cm or taller. Weight under 120 kg

3. I do not fall under any of the following categories, and I have no concerns about my physical condition on the day of use of this attraction. If I fall under any of the following categories on the day of use of this attraction, or if my body temperature reaches 38°C or higher, or if I experience any other symptoms of physical discomfort, I will refrain from using this attraction.

   • Pregnant
   • Acute [painful] conditions such as fractures, sprains, or muscle strains
   • Elderly
   • Heart disease or abnormal blood pressure
   • Back, neck, waist, or spinal disorders
   • Difficulty walking independently
   • Acrophobia
   • Other symptoms that may be aggravated

4. I will not consume alcohol prior to using this attraction on the day of use.

5. I agree not to wear thick-soled shoes, high heels, or sandals when using this attraction.

6. I understand that when wearing a harness, depending on my clothing, the harness may come into contact with and rub against my bare skin. I also agree not to wear skirts or clothing unsuitable for physical activity when using this attraction.

7. I agree that if I am unable to properly wear the harness or helmet, maintain the correct posture for the experience, or if safety equipment cannot be properly worn due to my physical build, I will not use this attraction.

8. I will not bring any personal belongings, including items in my pockets, and will store all belongings in the locker.

9. I agree to follow the instructions of the navigator and refrain from any actions that may endanger myself, any minors accompanying me, or other users.

10. I agree to be transported to a medical facility selected by the navigator, and to receive emergency treatment or medical care if deemed necessary by the navigator.

11. I acknowledge that in cases of adverse weather conditions or other circumstances, the park operator may cancel the use of this attraction for safety reasons.

12. In the event that I or any minor I am accompanying suffers damage as a result of violating any of the above terms, I will not seek compensation from the park operator or navigator for such damage, and I will compensate any third party for any damage caused by my actions.
