STROLLER & WHEELCHAIR RENTAL TERMS
Baby Stroller Rental Agreement
Guests with children using JUNGLIA may rent baby strollers in accordance with the following rules.
1. Baby Stroller Rental Agreement
When using the rental service, please submit the agreement form and rental request ticket after agreeing to this agreement. Please note that if the Company is unable to confirm the Guest's name, address, contact information, etc., the Company may not be able to rent a stroller to you.
2. Hours of Use
Strollers may be used until the end of business hours on the day of use. However, this restriction may be waived with prior approval from the Company.
3. Rental
After confirming these terms and conditions, please submit the required rental request ticket to receive the rental item.
Please check the operability of the rental items upon receipt.
4. Return
When you have finished using the rental item, please return it to the rental space where you received it.
If the rented item is not returned by the end of business hours, you will be charged ¥10,000 as the cost of purchase for a replacement.
You will need a separate valid park ticket to return the rental item on a day other than the day of rental.
5. Malfunction and defects
If a malfunction or defect occurs during use, please bring the item to the rental space. It will be replaced with a similar item.
If a replacement is not available, the Company may not be able to replace it or lend you another item.
The Company is not liable for any damage caused by malfunction or defects of strollers, unless it is due to the Company’s fault.
In addition, Guests and third parties are not permitted to repair the strollers without the Company’s permission, and the Company will not bear the cost of such repairs.
6. Theft and loss
If the stroller is stolen or lost, please contact the nearest Navigator or Guest Relations counter immediately.
You will be required to pay a replacement fee of 10,000 yen.
7. Accidents
If an accident occurs while using a stroller, the Guest shall be responsible for the accident.
The Company shall not be liable for any accidents.
8. Prohibitions
- Transfer, pawning, or resale
- Use in dangerous or inappropriate places
- Acts that obstruct pedestrians or cause other obstacles
- Modification or alteration of the structure, exterior, or equipment
- Use for purposes other than the intended use
- Allowing others to use the strollers or using them for commercial purposes
9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The contents of these Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
10. Handling of Personal Information
Personal information provided will not be used by JUNGLIA for any purpose other than the rental, return, and management of strollers.
Wheelchair Rental Agreement
Guest of JUNGLIA who have difficulty walking and are accompanied by a caregiver may use a wheelchair subject to the following conditions.
