JUNGLIA EXPRESS: Direct Shuttle to the Park
You can board from Naha Airport, Naha City, Nago City Hall Bus Stop, official hotels (excluding some), and the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, and enjoy smooth access to JUNGLIA.

About Attractions
There are 3 types of attractions!
- Standby Attractions
- Attractions requiring reservation pass
- Show Attractions
The reservation pass lottery is conducted in the app on the day.
To use attractions that require a reservation pass, you must join the lottery in the app and obtain the reservation pass.
How the lottery works
From checking the lottery schedule to applying, the lottery itself, and viewing results — everything is completed in the app.
- Multiple lottery rounds are held throughout the day, and each admission ticket can be entered once per round. ※ Guests with tickets valid for entry after 2:00 PM may enter the lottery starting from the afternoon rounds.
- The morning lottery reception begins before the park opens, so you can apply even before entering the park.
- Please check the detailed lottery schedule on the app on the day of your visit.
Reservation pass acquisition steps in the app
01Select an attraction
Select your preferred attraction and proceed to “Enter the lottery.”
02Select the number of participants and apply
After selecting the number of participants and applying, the process is complete. The lottery will be held automatically after the application deadline.
03Check the results
The lottery results will appear in the app about 30 minutes after the application deadline.
Notes
- Please note that the assigned return time for winning reservation passes cannot be selected.
Make the most of the park with Escape the Queue!
For certain attractions, if the waiting time becomes long, you can leave the line and enjoy the park freely. Check in at the attraction entrance, return at the assigned time, and you’ll only wait the remaining time before boarding.

Enjoy your day with confidence: Our app devices automatically play multilingual audio guides that match the attraction's dialogue. You can pick up a device at the entrance to each attraction.
Don’t forget to agree to the participation waiver in the app in advance!
Minors under 18 need a guardian’s consent!
Some attractions involve physical activity, heights, or uneven terrain. For everyone’s safety, don’t forget to complete the participation waivers in the app in advance!
SPA JUNGLIA
About SPA JUNGLIA
Immerse yourself in the spectacular view, the luxury of the tropical forest and the setting sun.
Enjoy a wide range of bathing experiences, including the infinity bath and the natural hot springs,
and enjoy outstanding food and drinks at our in-house restaurant, Tropical Oasis, for complete relaxation.
Notes
- The last admission is one hour before closing time.
- Guests with tattoos will need to use the tattoo cover stickers, designated by JUNGLIA. Tattoos will be needed to be fully covered by 8 stickers (8cm x 10cm), in order to enter the bathing area. Body paints and body stickers are asked to be completely removed before entering SPA JUNGLIA and using baths.
- Guests aged 10 years and over may use the Facilities without the accompaniment of a parent or guardian. Guests under 10 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian of the same sex who is aged 16 years or over.
- Swimwear is not permitted in the bath.
